Writing
This week in writing I wrote a story about a fisherman on a boat. I used the picture to help me write the story. I really liked doing this I hope I do it again.
I also completed my sentence stater work. I had to think of a new way to start every sentence.
Numeracy
In numeracy this week I learnt to add and subtract using tens and ones. I also learnt my number bonds to 10. I enjoyed learning this week.

The Pie Thief 30BC
The Pie Thief by Joy Cowley
Cousin Sally, Cousin Jack and Sloppy Dog kept eating the pies that Grandma Busybody made. She didn't know who ate the pies until she made a giggle pie that made them laugh when they try to lie. In the end Grandma Busybody made Cousin Jack wash the dishes, Cousin Sally had to dry the dishes and Sloppy Dog had to put them away. Grandma had to eat porridge as there was no pie left.
I enjoyed reading this play because it was a lot of fun.
