Top Team Games 2017

This week we were lucky enough to have Top Team Games at Grey Main School. My favorite game was when our group had to build the tallest building out of wooden  blocks like yellow for a team and red blocks for another team.   Here is a photo of that game.

Numeracy Week 10 Term 1

This week for numeracy we had to make a video of solving adding problems by making tens and here is my video.  

Recycled Sea Creature Art

My sea creature is an octopus we had to make it out of recycled stuff. I made my sea creature out of using a balloon and paper and straps.   

Term 1 electronics reflections W4

This week on Friday I have  been doing an electronics session. What we did was that we made stuff like electricity light.  We did some thing that could see who is the strongest person and to see who is the hottest and coldest person.  The person's name that came with the cool stuff is Andrew.

Numeracy 
This week in numeracy we have been learning about area and perimeter.  Here is our work. I think that it was easy by measuring things and I felt happy about this work.  />

Literacy.

In  literacy this week we have been learning about Summarise/sequence. I had to get a picture book. and then I read the book  because I could find out some information to help me retell the story. when I was writing  I felt happy because how the book gave me a lot of information. 

Reflection numeracy T3 W5

Numeracy
This week in numeracy I have been learning  fractions of half's and thirds and quarters. like A half  of 4 is 2. I thought it was a bit hard.   I think next time I could  do better on my fractions.

Book Week 2016

                             Book week.

Today for book week it was book character day. I had a great time dressing up. You had to dress up into somebody from a book I dressed into the wizard from the wizard of OZ my costume that I wore was a hat a shirt and a wand.   I really liked it because it was fun when you had to dress up as a character and show everybody the clothes you are wearing around the school for the whole day at school.

Week 3 Term topic

Topic 
This week, we have been learning about the Olympics. We had to do an athlete with an inspirational story. It was a bit hard to find the information because I couldn't find the right websites and some where different. 

I choose Han because he is a good skier and I want to know more about skiing and hope to go skiing one day.
